I hope this get's upvoted to the heavens! You spoke nothing but facts. Nutrition plays such a huge part. I've said it before and I'll said it here: If you can't pronounced it, you shouldn't put it in your mouth. You nailed it. What's the best nutrition plan you think people should adopt, Mediterranean, high protein low carb, keto, vegan? What nutrition plan or lifestyle are you on? You sound like you're on a specific lifestyle that works for you.
I also cycle high protein low card and I do intermittent fasting 1 to 2 times a week, that helps as well. Nice! Oddly enough, I've seen some vegans who don't look very healthy. It's a common misconception that all vegan food is healthy. Most of it is healthy, but some can get you in a lot of trouble.
Yes sir, that's what I figured. You sound very educated on an acceptable nutrition plan and one that's not. This community needs voices like yours, feel free to post here whenever you want. You're perspective will never be downvoted by me, even if we do not always have the same views! Welcome to the community!
