It's nowhere near that mild. It's 10 Million pounds.
5 million kg? At 100 years so 36500 days that's still like well over 100kg per day. 5000 kg on the other hand is way too little, even for 50 years with under 250g/day. If that applies to you please eat more fibre or something.
