Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.
Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
- New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

Used to be extremely dubious of sushi, especially rolls with roe. I tried a tiny bite of a roll with roe once and was so proud of myself for being brave and then didn't try it again for years. Then I went with some friends to a buffet place that had sushi and gave it another try with a whole variety of rolls. I had been overthinking it and getting in my own head, and decided to just ask myself "is my mouth happy?" Yes, yes it was very happy, I'm now a total convert and sushi is one of our favorite options for a special night out.
I'm dubious of most sushi. I like the core of it: the rice, the special vinegar concoction, the nori, etc. And there's quite a few sushi fillings I loved to the point of learning how to make them.
But I will not eat raw flesh. Period. That's a hard no right there. And roe just has an off-putting texture to me, like kidney has such for me too. Even if it tastes nice, the texture makes my skin crawl in both cases.
But the sushi without the raw flesh? Yeah, that's yummy!
