I made my Unifi camera excitedly scream 'Doggo!' every time it detects an animal. I did not account for the several minute delay for image processing and the fact we have stray cats. (lemmy.world)

¯_(ツ)_/¯ maybe. I assumed the detection happened on the NVR (Dream Machine Pro in my case).

Nope, it should be the camera itself. The G3s don't have detection, connected to the same Dream Machine.
