I've always wanted to try something like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habitica
I don't want some dumb online-service though. I'd only use something that I can self-host, or something that's offline.

During the pandemic, my friends were finding ways to stay motivated and I definitely remember them spinning up their own server.
I've tried it. It's okay. I'm not using it currently because I forget to. Not sure how to deal Wyeth that part.
I use Habitica currently and find it really helpful but it is a shame it's an online service
