we absolutely respect veganism and what it stands for but

And yet the emotions could be flipped if "in a movie" were added to it. For some reason (intentional ignorance), people can't seem to get it.
I would have gone vegan years earlier than I did if someone had just pointed out to me that the only movies I've cried in involved animals being hurt/killed. They're innocent and shouldn't be subjected to our human horrors.
