Man I feel ya... I got hit by a motorcycle in july last year and can't use my left hand since then. It's less bad than being in a wheelchair, but the pain caused by someone else is just godawful..
I'm pretty sure it'll heal in time though. The body do be like that
I'll look into that, thank you! I have an appointment at the end of the month for some injection to relieve pain and heal inflammation in my tendon.
I've never had it myself but some colleagues of mine have. They said it's a big relief! I do have to wear a brace for 3 weeks after though..
You can get medical cannabis on a private prescription legally in the uk now. It does wonders for my sciatica, helps me sleep at night when my back is really sore. Stops me from using harsher mens like codeine or naproxen they really upset my stomach.
