MODERATORS
Before you beat yourself up, or berate yourself, for that thing you did or didn’t do, ask yourself how you would react if someone you loved did or didn’t do the exact same thing. I’d wager you’d be a lot nicer and more forgiving about it. Treat yourself like you’d treat others.
It's funny, isn't it? How we treat ourselves so much more harshly than we do others.
I am just as guilty as anyone else. It’s probably the reason I have so very few friends. But what can ya do, but live and learn. Hopefully it’s not too late…
