You think companies care about epa? My city been paying epa fines for decades for dumping raw sewage in the river everytime they experience overflow...which happen everytime it rained.

lol so no source then. All of those links are for single time sewer overflow violations from old style sewage overflow systems when they were designed that way. I provided links and proof to my claim, you can’t manage even that.

EPA estimates there are at least 23,000 - 75,000 SSOs per year (not including sewage backups into buildings) in the U.S.

Thats a whole lot of one offs.
