Good lord, can't someone tell these idiots what happened to the Yamato, after it contributed next to nothing to the Japanese war effort compared to their carriers, despite being the most powerful battleship ever to float...?

These things were already obsolete in WW2, we just didn't know it yet. Now they're extra obsolete, with armor being unable to protect from high speed missiles, and large caliber guns being completely outclassed by those exact same missiles.
