I don't know how to feel about this. Assuming the facts of the case are as reported, both sides appear to be badly at fault, with the girl as the instigator.
The child threw a rock at a window. The window was broken. Call the cops. It is pretty simple.
Three grown men chasing a little girl and assaulting her trying to cause grievous bodily harm by stomping on her head is nothing short of attempted murder.
Assuming the facts of the case are as reported your take seems pretty damned hot.

All parties involved have been arrested and charged. (excepting the cops)
one the scene or later? because the article does not really mention it, but it says they arrested the girl first and that one of the three guys could just leave atleast

There's nothing ambiguous about a statement which made no mention or attempt at comparison of degrees of shittiness. The other commentor decided to come in and start an argument about an aspect of the topic which I had not touched on in an any way or form. They can sod off

You are correct. What sends OP and me off, is that stating that when wrongdoings are so inequal, it can be perceived as equating one to another. I was thinking about posting my readings on that, and I wanted to highlight that, as quoted, cases would be followed on and judged separately, is a just way to do that. Girls aren't relieved from consequencies, and these violent mofos aren't either. And while that states just as much as your comm, it doesn't sound any alarms.
