Name a single President in history that has been held accountable, outside of France.
There are dozens of examples if you look but one notable recent example is the South Korean president, Yoon Suk Yeol, who tried to coup and is now in jail.
Bolsonaro too.
Do Presidents that got assassinated count ? What about coup d'États ? There is a whole list... Or do you just mean legal prosecution ? I'm sure there are examples outside the USA, just look at the ICJ and ICC?
No, because they seem to assassinate the good ones.
