The 4 Rules of Handling Firearms:

Well there's your problem.
Arguably not a problem, but proof that this program is a waste of resources. Officers of the law know that licensed firearm owners are not the problem as they likely own firearms outside of work themselves, they can attest first hand that our government is focused in the wrong direction in regard to firearm crime.
