Go for a walk. Its cliché and I hate that it works but it genuinely can lift your mood and outlook. Plus you burn more calories than you might think.

I used to think walking my dog was for his benefit.

Then he got surgery, and we can't take our walks anymore. I noticed I miss them more than him.

So now we go on bicycle rides together :)
