Can we have some clarification on what "Usage Data" the app collects and shares with advertisers?

What constitutes Usage Data. Is it sharing the posts I view, communities I subscribe to etc?
Does paying for a premium version stop this data being collected?
To be fair yes, the developer does have a reputation but the app isn't open source so you can't fully verify anything.
You can directly analyze the calls the app is making so you can fully verify it even without the source code.
Stop spreading technical misinformation.
