Okay, this is an abomination, but I get how it might cut the acids somewhat and actually work out. Caramelized onions are awesome.
I’ve never had it, I just learned about it from a stand up comic short. I love caramelized onions and I think they pair well with cream cheese, but that combo along side relish and mustard… I can’t imagine how that works.
