Is this true or is this something just added by Nintendo just in case Daly chose to settle, Nintendo has an excuse for their PR department?
It's true. He sold modded consoles and would install mods on your console if you sent it in, if I remember correctly. Side note, this dude ripped me off (probably due to the legal issues). I ordered a mig switch from him and never got it.
