MODERATORS
A short, costly, and devastating litigation generally means one side won desively. The matter was dismissed without going anywhere.
I want motions being filed every step,a long discovery, pointless court appearance, and more. I want these fuckers to spend money and time in litigation where no one really won due the amount resources spent. I want the only people making any money is the lawyers. I want expensive lawyers who charge ridicolous sums for their services. I want Johnny Depp and Amber Heard level of aminosity.
I want them to drag Robert Murdoch's undead corpse onto the stand. I want them go into the depths of hell to get Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy to give a deposition.
I want this to be humilating and very public. This a major issue in the right wing propaganda machine.
During all this, I want to sit and eat a bag of buttery popcorn. That is what a long, messy, costly litigation means.
I want it to drag on long enough that it splits the far right into two factions and they start reporting things to slander the "other side"
Hopefulky this tirwnsnoit to be as long as the SCO v IBM lawsuit :)
