Use yea, there's both Android and iOS apps now and registration is wide open afaik.
Use with a polished experience.... no lol

As of like yesterday or so, I think Dan dropped an announcement and the alpha version of the server code on GitHub, so yes, technically.
Meanwhile the app is still painful lol
speaking of dansup projects I took a look at the Pixelfed issue tracker recently and ... it doesn't look good. like maybe he should try to focus on one thing at a time
