I realized I am bad at reading because I literally went through that exact thought process while trying to read what it was saying only to have to re-read it to pay closer attention and learn they were with me on that journey. How do you turn off the brain buzzing??
Well I use vyvanse and it requires a prescription and it honestly only mostly helps
