I count stairs,
There's 15 steps on my staircase at home 105 to the top of a machine i work on. 22 at the airport
My wife knows this and I don't talk when I'm on stairs my brain is occupied by counting the steps.
I think it's very strange but I have to do it
I do this too, but I usually can't remember the numbers for a stair I use regularly unless I'm actually at the stair.
I have also tried not counting and I can still tell there's a part of my brain still stubbornly counting.
Glad I'm not the only one haha
