Besides diagnosed PTSD, I'm under constant extremely high stress levels. it's been a long time. and I assume I would have gotten used to it? anything that can actually help me not be constantly overwhelmed all the time?

don't want to relieve my constant trauma or traumadump. lets just say it feels like my veins are about to explode and I'm often seeking any distraction for my thoughts that are about my reality and are extremely scary.

Talk to an actual doctor.

No one on the internet is qualified to help you, and the advice you get is more likely to harm you.

Something that works for one person might harm another.
