Chewing gum helps me sometimes. It gives me something tasty that has a lot of the same muscle memory of eating. Almost like a fidget toy for the mouth lol.
Also I think drinking water might help to an extent but I haven't specifically tried it. As in drink a glass of water then chew gum. That way your belly feels "full" too.
