MODERATORS
As someone who uses "like" as a stop word I really hate when journalists transcribe it as part of quotes but not traditional stop words like "uh" or "um". It feels very disingenuous and like it's meant to make the speaker seem dumb.
Definitely "Val Gal" condescending vibe.
It wouldn't have been transcribed that way for a male.
