Nothing says 'feminism' like limiting a sex worker's career options to branch out.

Wouldn't expect much more from a TERF paper.

She produces hair and makeup tutorials and lifestyle influencer content for the more than 4.6 million followers she has on Instagram and TikTok.

Interesting part to leave out in the headline.

Yeah the fact she has directly relevant popular makeup content seems important to mention.

Ah shit, has The Guardian platformed TERFs?

[-] Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 14 points 1 week ago

I'd be interested to see examples of that too.

Sorry about the Vice source, but it does publish the letter in full, complete with links to the problematic Guardian articles.

Yeah same. I've got a subscription but I'm going to yank that tout-de-fucking-suite if they're TERF-friendly

In fairness I've had a harder time finding more recent examples, but they've definitely platformed TERFs before.

Ugh, goddamnit. But at least that's 5 years old, so maybe they've changed? I can't remember running into anything in the 2-3 years I've been a subscriber, although it's definitely not like I've seen every single headline during that time.
