Joe Rogan himself regularly refers to himself as an idiot and you shouldn't follow what he says, he's just giving an opinion. The opinion of someone with no expertise. Whose claim to fame is as a comedian and such high-brow commentary as UFC fights and making white Americans eat bugs and bumble about in the dark.
