You will get to a point in the near future when a Hispanic dog walker will be taken by ICE mid walk and they will leave people dogs loose on the side of the road. They won't care, people's dogs will be dead, and it will get more air time on the news stations than the Hispanic American citizen child with cancer that was removed from the country with no medication.

I wouldn't be surprised but it might be a bit too far to think they would shoot dogs just because they were being walked by a dog walker that was Hispanic.
Actually it’s worse than that - police shoot thousands of dogs every year, often for no other reason than because they can get away with it.
