2fa only for paying customers, no? I mean, I pay because it's dirt cheap for tge convenience they offer but still no free 2fa
Bitwarden authenticator is free for non-paying customers too.

Maybe a bit. They say "advanced" and specify 2FA via hardware keys.
As if I would use a 3rd party to host my bitwarden data.
Eitger 1st party or selfhost. But some unknown 3rd party? Way too risky.
