Something fundamental has shifted in how power works, and most of our institutions haven't noticed. ... a growing gap between how fast some actors can change the world and how fast others can respond to those changes.

The article is a great wee rant and their separation of leverage is an interesting idea for sure by I fell like it's not completely fleshed out enough to be functional.

I feel like they're onto something but it's all quite vibey

yea i feel the same way. we need some economic and sociological, political theory building on that idea that an engeneer doesn't have
