We stopped saying "retard" a couple of decades ago, and depending on where you are in the world, "spastic" also isn't used anymore.

It's not that I am concerned that the "fuckheads" will be offended or hurt by your language. It'll be people like my sister-in-law with downs, who hear/see those words and she'll feel awful about herself for a few days.
