I mean… If someone has the power to have him put into a solitary cell, pulled out of suicide watch, have all cameras shut down while he “killed himself”; I reckon that person has the power to pull him out and organize a face plastic surgery for him
Not in a circumstance so pretty please correct me if I am wrong, but I doubt the list is actually real and I think they block the part of the court files where Tramp is mentioned! The guy def knew things, but a list of all the people coming to an island known for illicit things? Please! So why do they wanna block it? They made it up and campaigned really really for its release!
Yeah, that's possible. I still think more likely people doing that kind of thing know how good of blackmail material it is and keep a list.

They don't have to. The person blackmailing, has the list. Implicate them and have pictures or video.

Yes! A video despite ai is still somewhat convincing, a list to which your and my name can be added randomly is not
