According to Laura Loomer, it's just Hispanics period. Right after the opening of that concentration camp, she made a "joke" post that "we're going to give those alligators 65 million meals" - 65 million is the population of Hispanics in America.
No, she's just (for now) a talking head on the news. But that alone lends her significant voice in the Trump admin.
