The Text Fragments creation UI was just activated in Firefox Nightly allowing you to share/reference a link anchor to any text snippet in a page (files.mastodon.social)

You can also enable this in the latest version of Firefox by navigating to about:config and setting dom.text_fragments.create_text_fragment.enabled to true.
