Yep, but people are misusing it and using the porn as an excuse
Banning media is not the solution, building a judicial precedent around that type of defense is.
Don't know how it is in the UK, but not all countries have judicial precedent. Lawyers can use precedent to argue their cases but judges are not necessarily bound by them.
What excuse?
You can ban a lot of violent media with that line of reasoning.
I see it differently but thanks for your perspective
