So Alpha males is the idea scammers sell to kids. Betas are non cunts who incels look down upon. Sigma males are people who buy into this shit but have no friends.

I've always interpreted it as cope. "I keep acting alpha but don't have anyone following me" "well that just makes you sigma, here read my book about why thats even better"

And afaik omega used to be last
