that’s actually a mob of criminals. you see these dbags you need to call 911, especially if you are not an immigrant.
Looks like a violent riot to me.
The reality is they are consistently informing local police that they are "conducting business in the area" and are plain clothes.
for sure. make no mistake - the point of the call is not to get police help it’s to be a pain in the ass. It’s “agitprop”
