Interesting to see how much of a difference the study showed between vegetarians and non-vegetarians taking the same supplements and performing the same workout routine. Vegetarians had a gain of 2.4kg of lean muscle mass while the non-vegetarians had a gain of 1.9kg of lean muscle mass. That is a substantial difference, will be quite curious if similar results are replicated in further studies.

Still, the conclusion is that people on a vegan diet are not deficient in creatine but some extra (3-5 grams/day) could be beneficial in boosting memory later in life and help with muscle development/fatigue.
