MODERATORS
Yeah... 9.5/10 for me. Holy crap.
Only real difference for me is I'm hyper aware of time and get really anxious if running late. So I guess it kinda fits with the description of dealing with time "in very specific ways", but not in the always late or up the line.
I definitely struggle with estimating tasks and can still lose track of time when I know I don't have something to do at a specific time.
The next two videos where he goes over the differences between ADHD and AUS, followed by what it looks like when you have both, really hit home for me (I “officially” have ADHD, but I guarantee I also have AUS). Definitely check them out.
