Ah ok, I misunderstood, the one I was thinking is this and was invented in Brazil, I didn't knoW that lol.

Futbolín is called Pebolim at least the region I'm from. This one is still famous today

Our version of that is "(bottle) cap soccer": CAMPEONATO FÚTBOL CHAPAS 1 OCTUBRE 2016 (YouTube), very similar the player moves the caps directly with their fingers.
