Now on month 26 of "taking a few months off to recharge." After 2 years, I realized no one in tech wants me on my terms, so I got a couple of shitty part-time jobs instead. Fuck 'em.

I do have to admit it sucks sometimes of course, but now I never lay awake at night thinking about work. When I leave work, I dont give it much additional thought beyond making sure I get enough hours (because even between two jobs, I cant afford daycare for both kids over the summer.)
