Not sure how people can handle advertising in media. Having been without it for so long, sitting down to watch something with a family member on an ad-supported plan feels almost traumatic every time the ad roll pops in at a dramatic moment, or even just for the 5-8 minutes they sometimes run. Personally; I'd much rather have the mind space back than have a company pay pennies on the dollar to force something in front of me vs the dollars the delivery provider would change me to remove them. It's all so scummy 😮💨
I think if effort was made to make the ads sort of standardized and really basic than they wouldn't be so bad
