Notifications aren't working (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

There's no option in app settings or in phone notification settings, hence I'm not receiving anything about replies/upvotes/subscriptions. I can see notifications only in app but there's no sound reminder of it so I need to check app for notifications every hour.

Lemmy doesn't support push notifications yet. It can be tracked here: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/2631
