Both seem to post similar memes and jokes. This community doesn't have a sidebar text to clarify what the community is nor when to post what stuff where, and it's not clear why the community exists.

Ok, I see a reason to ask. Irrellephant moved the comm. And since then they've been posting some greatest hits to spice up the new comm. That seems like a mod trying to be a good host, but its worth noticing.

TBH I don't have much use for the memes. I come here to hear IT people bitch.
