Tuta is a end-to-end-encryption mail and calendar provider. They recently wrote a good blog-post about changing to european services.

If anything ever happens I'm more than willing to leave but as for now it more than accomplishes what I need it to.

My big plus is I was able to get my last name as my email address so it's way shorter than it used to be.
