I'm not American and don't really understand your system. What I would like to say is, being in a situation where you can't get a day off or be sick (because thats the same problem) is not healthy. I hope you find a job where you can actually take a personal day once in a while.
If you don't understand our system you shouldn't be telling me what to do about it.
I can get days off. I have plenty during slow season. I have sick days. You need to stop acting like you know more about my situation than you do.
I cannot reschedule this day. There's too many people and it's too short of notice
I'm proud of my job and the work I've put into it. I love it.

Have fun in your third world country, I hope you don't have kids, because not being able to take a day off when your kid is sick sounds really fucking terrible
