Wouldn’t it be easier to just accept that the typical prison system doesn’t work?
And who's going to pay big tech in that scenario, huh???
It works fine, just not for resocialisation.
What about rehabilitation?
..which, considering they are called CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS, should be a priority?
