Can't find certain instances to block (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

I already blocked hexbear and lemmy.ml but on either account I’m on it doesn’t seem that I’m able to block or filter other instances. I also can’t add block communities or users. How do I fix this?

No need, lemmy.blahaj.zone is defederated from lemmygrad.ml

You can check yourself under the blocked tab at https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/instances
