Now that's MUCH more useful than what I made!
I made this one with a button you have to press to check the cable, for no real good reason, and I now realize that it actually makes it less practical to use ^^
I don't think it should take much more components to give it that hold mode.
I might give it another go, and drop the useless XLR sockets while I'm at it.
