Mine would probably still be Drydock Scratch aka Retrospective Runaround. I just love these huge caverns. It makes me feel like I'm an explorer uncovering a lost civilization.

Abbadon's Ascent in Sirens Landing. It's decently long with well-placed checkpoints. The jumps feel fair and make sense, i.e. they almost all look like the logical next step up the spire.

The jumps are really nice. Even better than Retrospective. Would be kinda nice to have more of this type in the game.
