I deleted my 12 year old account just this week because most subs I followed have been taken over by the image gen people (‘my friend fell in love with this and wants me to build it for her/him’) and I’m just pushing the market value of a shit product in my free time for no good reason. I don’t miss karma farming bots one bit
Yeah, i deleted mine last year right after it turned 17 years old due to the API decision that broke 3rd party apps. I will browse on occasion, but it’s a mess for someone with ADHD these days.
As you mention, all memes/images and “am I the asshole with my story that attempts to paint me in a good light but you can still tell we are both stupid pieces of shit?”
